LOCAL N-APPLICATION AID AWARDED

A new software developed at the University of Illinois is a little different from all the others that use big data to help with nutrient applications. This one helps farmers do their own research and make future decisions based on the results. With the software, farmers can see the effect that different inputs have on yield, right in their own fields. That’s different from most tools that rely on research conducted somewhere else. The idea won the U of I development team one of four prices, along with $50,000,  FarmWeekNow.com
