47% of registered voters in Illinois say they want to move out of the state, with 27% of them citing taxes as their top reason, a recent survey by the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute at Southern Illinois University found. However, despite nearly half of voters saying it’s time to leave, just 20% say it’s likely they will actually move in the coming year. (Pantagraph)
