France’s environment minister said Monday the country will vote against the continued use of glyphosate, adding to uncertainty over the future of widely-used products, including Roundup, in the European Union. The EU license for glyphosate expires June 30 and, if not extended, manufacturers will have six months to phase-out products containing the herbicide. (Reuters)
