TWITTER TWEAKS CHARACTER LIMIT

To help keep and bolster users, Twitter announced usernames and media attachments will no longer count toward 140-character limits, according to the Wall Street Journal. Twitter says the change is designed to allow people to have conversations with bigger groups, while leaving room for actual text and to talk about their attachments.
