Kraft Heinz will move cheese production from its Champaign, IL, plant. The company plans to make Champaign a center for dry and sauce production, the News Gazette reports.

Kraft Heinz Co. plans to eliminate 2,600 jobs by closing seven manufacturing plants to reduce excess capacity at the newly merged food giant. The affected plants make everything from Maxwell House coffee to Grey Poupon mustard, the Wall Street Journal reports.
