LANDOWNER COMPLAINT TRIALS SET

More than 40 landowners who object to construction of the Enbridge oil pipeline across their properties will take their cases to McLean County juries over the next two months. Ellsworth attorney Tom Pliura represents owners who are fighting the eminent domain process that allows Enbridge to install the pipeline, as reported by the Pantagraph.
