Pro Farmer’s crop tour this week pegged Illinois’ corn yield at 171.64 bushels an acre, down from last year’s 200 bushels an acre last year, as reported by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The latest yield was still above the tour’s three-year average for the state.  Check out more at
